I am approaching mastery of baking bacon. It's much less mess than pan-frying, and the bacon comes out light and perfectly crispy. Microwaving is not an acceptable alternative. Also, I say 'mastery' as if there's something to it: there isn't. Bacon + cookie sheet + heat. Don't burn it. I also made pancakes today, and they went better than usual; you'd think it would be hard to mess up baking mix + water, but my tendency to not measure things means my batter usually isn't runny enough. Well I got it just right today!
For dinner I'm thinking leftover pizza and a continuation of my Psych on Netflix instant streaming marathon. Lazy Sunday!
